In many cases, you can find the answers to questions about this program in the Help Menu.
This can be opened by clicking on the menu labelled 'Help' in the menu bar on the top edge of the program window, and selecting the 'Help Topics' menu entry.
You can also find help, updates and tips on the Vodafone Mobile Connect website, at www.vodafone.co.nz/mobileconnect.
If you are using the Email, Web and VPN buttons to access other programs on your Company network, you may need to refer to your System Administrator. Their contact number may be listed in the 'Help Desk' tab of this support area.
